We understand that sometimes products don't meet your expectations, however due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is due to environmental reasons, such as homes with pets, smokers, or excessive dust, which could impact the safety and quality of our candles. If your package arrives broken or is lost in transit, please reach out to us with photographic proof as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Please allow 3-5 business days during rush times/holidays as well on larger orders not including wholesale orders.
